All computer repairs are performed locally. Creative Technology does not ship out your machine.

When dropping off your computer, please provide:

• User Name
• Address
• Contact Phone Number
• E-Mail Address (required by Apple Inc.)
• Administrator password
• Current Operating System

NOTE: Service parts cannot be ordered prior to dropping off machines.
